Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
The consent given when a request is submitted or a payment is made on this website.
Effective date: 4 September 2026.
By submitting a request through any form on this website, by sending a message to our e-mail address or by paying an invoice on the payment page, you give your free, specific and informed consent to the processing of your personal data on the terms set out below, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 On Personal Data and their Protection.

- First name and last name, and where provided the company and position.
- Telephone number and e-mail address.
- The content of the request, including dates, locations, group size and the services required.
- Payment details: invoice number, amount, payment status and payer details. The full bank card number is not transferred to the Operator and is processed by the acquiring bank.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and cookie data.
3. Purposes for which consent is given
- Identifying you and communicating with you regarding your request.
- Preparing a commercial proposal and agreeing the terms of the services.
- Concluding and performing an agreement and rendering the services ordered.
- Issuing invoices, processing payments and keeping accounting and tax records.
- Complying with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Operations covered by this consent
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, amendment, retrieval, use, distribution to the persons named in clause 5, depersonalisation, blocking and destruction of personal data, carried out by automated and non-automated means.
5. Persons to whom the data may be transferred
- Banks and payment service providers, for the purpose of processing payments and the associated financial monitoring.
- Suppliers and contractors engaged to render the services ordered, to the extent necessary for that purpose.
- State authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by law.
Cross-border transfer is carried out only where the receiving state provides protection of personal data, in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. Term of the consent
This consent is given for the term necessary to achieve the purposes listed in clause 3, and thereafter for the storage periods prescribed by the accounting, tax and archive legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
7. Withdrawal of the consent
You may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written notice to medetbekovm@utk-kz.com or to the postal address of the Operator given in clause 1. Processing is stopped and the data are destroyed within the period prescribed by law, except where the Operator is required to continue storing them on other legal grounds, in particular for accounting and tax purposes. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
8. Confirmation
By submitting a request or making a payment you confirm that: you are of legal age and act on your own behalf; the data you provide are accurate; where you provide the data of third parties, you have obtained their consent to the transfer of those data to the Operator; and you have read this consent and the Privacy Policy.
