Privacy Policy

How United Trans Kazakhstan LLP collects, uses and protects personal data.

1. General provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy explains how Limited Liability Partnership United Trans Kazakhstan (BIN 130740016999), hereinafter the Operator, processes personal data received through this website, by e-mail, by telephone and in the course of rendering services.

1.2. The Policy is drawn up in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 On Personal Data and their Protection.

1.3. By using this website and by submitting a request through it, the user confirms that they have read this Policy and agree to it.

3. What data we collect

  • Contact data — first name and last name, company, position, telephone number, e-mail address.
  • Request data — the content of the message, dates, locations, group size and the services requested.
  • Payment data — invoice number, amount, payment status and the payer details required for accounting. Full bank card numbers are processed by the acquiring bank and are neither received nor stored by the Operator.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, date and time of access, and data from cookies.

We do not deliberately collect special categories of personal data and ask you not to include them in your messages.

4. Purposes of processing

  • To answer requests and to prepare commercial proposals.
  • To conclude and perform agreements and to render the services ordered.
  • To issue invoices, process payments and keep accounting and tax records.
  • To comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  • To keep the website operational, secure and functional.

5. Legal basis

Personal data are processed on the basis of the consent of the data subject, for the performance of an agreement to which the data subject is a party, and where processing is required by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. Cookies and third-party services

6.1. The website uses cookies that are necessary for it to function and that record interface preferences, including the selected site language.

6.2. The website uses the Google Translate widget to display content in other languages. When it is used, technical data may be transferred to Google LLC and processed in accordance with the privacy policy of that company.

6.3. Cookies may be disabled in the browser settings; some website functions may then become unavailable.

7. Transfer of data to third parties

7.1. Personal data may be transferred to: banks and payment service providers, for the purpose of processing payments; suppliers engaged to render the ordered services, to the extent necessary; state authorities, on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by law.

7.2. The Operator does not sell personal data and does not transfer them for third-party advertising purposes.

7.3. Cross-border transfer is carried out only to states that provide protection of personal data, and in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

8. Storage and protection

8.1. Personal data collected from citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan are stored on databases located in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

8.2. The Operator applies organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including access control, encryption of data transfer over the website and restriction of the number of employees with access.

9. Retention period

Personal data are stored for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, and thereafter for the periods required by the accounting, tax and archive legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Once those periods expire, the data are destroyed or depersonalised.

10. Rights of the data subject

  • To obtain information about the fact, purposes and methods of processing of their personal data.
  • To require that inaccurate or incomplete data be rectified or completed.
  • To require that data be blocked or destroyed if they are processed unlawfully or are no longer needed.
  • To withdraw consent to processing at any time.
  • To lodge a complaint with the authorised body for the protection of personal data of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Requests are sent to medetbekovm@utk-kz.com and are answered within the period prescribed by law.

11. Data of minors

The website is not intended for persons under the age of eighteen. Data of minors are processed only with the consent of a parent or other legal representative.

12. Amendments to the Policy

The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always published on this page, with its effective date indicated.
