Pricing

How the cost of UTK services is calculated, quoted and paid.

United Trans Kazakhstan (UTK) provides consulting, logistics coordination and project management services on a project basis. Because every project differs in scope, duration and location, we do not publish fixed price lists. This page explains how the price is formed, what it depends on and how it is confirmed and paid.

1. Pricing model

The final cost is always confirmed in a written commercial proposal and in the invoice issued to the Customer. Depending on the service, one of the following models is applied:

  • Fixed project fee — a single amount for an agreed scope of work with defined deliverables and deadlines.
  • Daily rate — for on-site coordination, field support and personnel deployed for the duration of the project.
  • Per unit — per trip, per vehicle, per participant or per shipment, where the service is countable.
  • Monthly retainer — for long-term programme support and permanent representation on the ground.
  • Cost plus service fee — where UTK arranges third-party services (accommodation, transport, permits), the documented supplier cost is passed through and a service fee is charged on top.

2. What the price depends on

  • Scope and composition of services, and the deliverables required.
  • Project duration and the number of people and vehicles involved.
  • Region and remoteness of the site, including access conditions and travel distances.
  • Season and demand at the requested dates.
  • Urgency — requests with a short lead time are priced separately.
  • Requirements for permits, licensing, insurance, security and reporting.
  • Third-party supplier rates in force at the time of the quotation.

3. Currency, taxes and validity

  • Prices are quoted in Kazakhstani tenge (KZT) unless another currency is expressly agreed in writing.
  • Taxes are applied in accordance with the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Whether the amount includes or excludes VAT is stated in every commercial proposal and invoice.
  • Bank charges, including charges of correspondent banks for international payments, are borne by the payer.
  • A commercial proposal is valid for 30 calendar days from the date it is issued, unless a different period is stated in it.

4. How to obtain a quotation

  1. Send us the dates, locations, group size and the list of services required — by e-mail or through any request form on this website.
  2. We clarify the scope and, where necessary, verify supplier availability and rates.
  3. Within two business days we return a written commercial proposal with the price, payment schedule and delivery timeline.
  4. Once the proposal is confirmed, we issue an invoice and start the work in accordance with the Public Offer.

5. Payment

  • Bank transfer — against an invoice issued by UTK, to the settlement account stated in the invoice.
  • Online card payment — through the secure payment page provided to the Customer together with the invoice. Payments are processed by the acquiring bank; UTK does not receive or store full card numbers.

Unless otherwise agreed, an advance payment of 50% is due before the start of the work and the balance within five business days after the services have been rendered. Payment of an invoice confirms that the Customer accepts the terms of the Public Offer.

6. Changes, cancellation and refunds

If the scope changes after the work has started, the price is adjusted by written agreement of the parties before the additional work begins. Cancellation and refund conditions, including non-refundable amounts already paid to third-party suppliers, are set out in the Public Offer.
