Public Offer
Public offer agreement for the provision of services by United Trans Kazakhstan LLP.
Effective date: 4 September 2026. Place of publication: Republic of Kazakhstan.
1. General provisions
1.1. This document is a public offer of Limited Liability Partnership United Trans Kazakhstan (BIN 130740016999), represented by its Director Medetbekova Nurgul Nurgalievna, acting on the basis of the Charter, hereinafter the Contractor, addressed to any natural or legal person, hereinafter the Customer, to conclude a service agreement on the terms set out below.
1.2. In accordance with Articles 395 and 396 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, this document is a public offer, and full and unconditional acceptance of it is equivalent to concluding a written agreement.
1.3. Acceptance of the offer is deemed to occur upon any of the following actions by the Customer: payment of an invoice issued by the Contractor; signing of a commercial proposal; or submitting a request through this website and confirming the agreed scope of services in writing.
1.4. By accepting this offer the Customer confirms that it has read and agrees to this offer, to the Pricing terms, to the Privacy Policy and to the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data.
2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Contractor undertakes to render consulting, logistics coordination, personnel support and project management services, and the Customer undertakes to accept and pay for them.
2.2. The specific list, scope, timing and cost of the services are agreed in a commercial proposal and in the invoice, which form an integral part of this agreement.
2.3. The Contractor is entitled to engage third parties to render the services while remaining responsible to the Customer for the result.
3. Procedure for placing an order
3.1. The Customer sends a request specifying the dates, locations, number of participants and the services required.
3.2. The Contractor confirms feasibility and sends a commercial proposal with the cost and timeline.
3.3. After the Customer confirms the proposal, the Contractor issues an invoice. Payment of the invoice constitutes acceptance of this offer.
4. Price and payment procedure
4.1. The cost of the services is determined in accordance with the Pricing page and is fixed in the commercial proposal and the invoice.
4.2. Unless otherwise agreed, the Customer pays an advance of 50% before the start of the work and the balance within five business days after the services have been rendered.
4.3. Payment is made by bank transfer to the Contractor account or by bank card through the secure online payment page. The obligation to pay is deemed fulfilled at the moment the funds are credited to the Contractor settlement account.
4.4. Bank charges, including those of correspondent banks, are borne by the Customer.
5. Rights and obligations of the parties
5.1. The Contractor undertakes to render the services in full and on time, to keep the Customer informed of progress and to observe the confidentiality of information received.
5.2. The Contractor is entitled to suspend the services if the Customer fails to pay on time or fails to provide the information and documents necessary for the work.
5.3. The Customer undertakes to provide complete and accurate information, to make payment on time and to accept the services rendered.
5.4. The Customer warrants that it has the authority to transfer to the Contractor any personal data of third parties provided for the purpose of rendering the services, and that the required consents have been obtained.
6. Acceptance of the services
6.1. Upon completion the Contractor provides the Customer with an act of services rendered.
6.2. The Customer signs the act or provides a reasoned written objection within five business days of receipt. Failing that, the services are deemed accepted in full without objections.
7. Liability of the parties
7.1. The parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of their obligations in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
7.2. The Contractor is not liable for consequences caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Customer, or by acts of state authorities and third-party suppliers beyond the Contractor control.
7.3. The aggregate liability of the Contractor is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for the service concerned.
8. Force majeure
8.1. The parties are released from liability for failure to perform their obligations if such failure is caused by circumstances of insuperable force, including natural disasters, hostilities, epidemics, acts of state authorities and border or transport restrictions.
9. Cancellation and refunds
9.1. The Customer may cancel the services by giving written notice to the Contractor.
9.2. Upon cancellation the Contractor returns the amounts paid less the cost of the services already rendered and less the documented, non-refundable expenses incurred with third-party suppliers.
9.3. Refunds are made within ten business days of the date of the written request, by the same method that was used for payment.
10. Personal data
10.1. Personal data are processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Personal Data and their Protection, the Privacy Policy and the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data.
11. Term of the agreement and amendments
11.1. The agreement enters into force upon acceptance of the offer and remains in effect until the parties have performed their obligations in full.
11.2. The Contractor is entitled to amend the terms of this offer unilaterally by publishing the new version on this website. The version in force at the time of acceptance applies to the Customer.
12. Dispute resolution
12.1. Disputes are settled through negotiation. The period for responding to a written claim is fifteen calendar days.
12.2. If agreement is not reached, the dispute is referred to the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the location of the Contractor, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
